Large Brake Disk
The client brought us an old brake disc that needed replacing, but no drawings or data were available. We inspected the worn disc and recorded all key dimensions and mounting details so it could be accurately recreated.
Using these measurements, we produced a full CAD model and drawing of the disc. This allowed us to confirm the geometry, refine the design and prepare a precise blueprint for machining the new part.
The Result
We then manufactured a brand-new brake disc to match the original fit and function. The finished part installs correctly and restores the machine to reliable working condition.
