The challenge
The client needed a precise and repeatable way to calibrate their soldering machine. The rack height had to be set accurately, but the existing process was slow and inconsistent.
The Solution
We designed and manufactured an adjustable calibration fixture that attaches directly to the machine. It lifts the racks to the correct height, with built-in adjustability to suit different setups.
